how do i make other network user see my free/busy times?

i want to setup a remote diary system in my office so that everyone can see
everyone's free busy timmings before making an appointment.how can i do that
without ppl comming to my desk, plz reply

try setting up a calendar in the 'public folders' section on the exchange
server and give everyone read write permissions.
