How do I make "import/export" appear in the file menu in Outlook?

I am trying to get a CSV file of my calendar in outlook 2003 but the file
menue does not show an "import/export" option. Other computers with outlook
include this option.
 
Was that option installed on your machine? Also, are you showing full menus
on that machine?
