How do I make emails automatically designated as junk to not be ju

For some reason, Outlook 2002 seems to arbitrarily designate some email
senders as junk. It would be nice to simply have a button that when clicked
would "unjunk" a sender as there is a button to "junk" an emailer, but I
haven't found one.

I don't have OL2002 handy but if you open the message, right-click on it,
choose Junk Email, what options do you get?
