How do I make dropdown boxes that link to other pages?

I have a little experience in Access making dropdown boxes. How do I make
them in Front Page, and format them to automatically drop when hovered over?

If you don't us JavaScripts, I think that leaves you with learning Layers &
Behaviors.

the standard form field "drop down box" won't drop down on-hover. You have
to click the button to make it drop down
