How do I make a network printer show up for all users that connect to an XP machine

I work in a medical facility and we have float (substitute) employees that
fill in when the regular employee is sick. Our machines are setup as Windows
XP Professional machines and all machines print to network printers. The
regular employees work fine but when a float logins to a machine the
printers for that specific area are not available for the user. We have to
manually map them for that user. Obviously this is a pain as that person may
be in several different areas in one day and from day to day.

With Windows XP the printer settings are stored in the User Profile instead
of on the machine like Windows 98. Is it possible to get a printer to store
itself on the machine settings and not in the User settings so that it will
automatically show up for all users?

Local printers act this way by default but is there an easy way to get
network printers to do the same thing?

Thank you!
Kent
