How do I make a graphic move with the mouse over the page?

Take Disney World's site for example; it has a graphic which moves with the
mouse over the pages in the webpage. This is ideally what I am looking to do
but am new at using Frontpage and not sure how to do it. Please help.
 
It's pretty cheesy, and it chews alot of CPU cycles, depending on the
graphic. Do you really need it?
 
Danielle: I think I understand your question after visiting Disney HOME
Page???... It takes 2 Images.... One with MouseOut and one that is E X A C T
L Y the same size that will appear with MouseOver.... See... TOOLS....
CUSTOMIZE... DHTML EFFECTS..... etc.
