How do I make a drop down menu in Frontpage 2003?

For my Frontpage 2003 website, I want to have "drop down menus" for my
navigation structure. (The type in which a series of page titles appear when
the cursor is held over the parent title.) This is THE FIRST feature that is
shown on microsoft.com's Frontpage demo online. I can't find it in the
"help" options or in any of the books I've read. Can you help?
