How do I make a custom chart layout in Excel2007

I would like to make modifications to one of the existing chart layouts in
Excel2007, and then add that layout to the existing list. How do I do this?

Make your custom chart. With the chart active, go to the Chart Tools >
Design tab, click on Save as Template, and follow the dialogs.
