How do I make a link/bookmark on the same page?

When someone is has been scrolling down a long page, how do I make a link
back to the top of the page?

Place a named anchor(bookmark) at the top of the page called top.

Then all you need to do is create a link wherever you want pointing to #top,
which should point to the top named anchor on the current page.
