how do I mail from a list on excell

I have a list on excel and need to mail maege it. I read the previous posts
and went to the links, but i find them rather confusing. All I need is to
convert my list of like 6,000 names to labels.

Your subject line reads that you want to mail a list from Excel but your
description states you want to create labels.
