how do I log on to windows as Administrators group?

in order to install my new printer I have to log on to windows as an Administrators group
 
in order to install my new printer I have to log on
First user name you created during setup has admin priveledges. To log on
as Administrator go here, http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm ...
Click Edit and then Find on this page. type in "Hide Users", then click
Find Next. "Hide Users on Welcome Screen - Unhide" will be found, item #22.
Click on Unhide to download vbs, save to desktop, run to unhide
administrator.

NOTE: First username created during setup is also an admin account.
