How do I lock the toolbar in Outlook 2003?

Outlook 2003 doesn't seem to have the right-click "Lock the Toolbar" option
which I used to have in Outlook 2000. Is this feature gone or do I just not
know how to accesss it. Problem is that I re-arrange the toolbars to take up
less space and they don't stay where I put them from one session to the next.

Thanks

Outlook 2003 doesn't have that option - I don;t recall it being in outlook
2000 either...

It was in 2000. Apparently when you have 'add-ins' they keep throwing
themselves to the left and below. So you end up with about five lines of
toolbars and a bunch of wasted space and less screen to work with. The only
way around it is to get rid of the toolbars of the add-ins, a less than
perfect solution (kill the bitch in other words). Come on guys - this is one
that needs fixing.
