How do I locate a template from an email attachment?

I received an email with attachments. There was an example of the work to be
done, Sample-Test Procedures, and general instructions. I did the test and
sent it via email. The company returned my work and said that I did not
follow the instrucitons because there was a template that I was to use. I
have no idea how to open a template from these attachments. Does anyone have
any ideas? Please let me know.

Right-click and "Save as" the attachments to your hard drive, then
double-click the template file.
