How do I load company logo as a permenant template in my outlook

1. Could anyone please tell how to go about loading my company template
sothat I may use it when sending info to clients?

2. Without having to attatch a file, I would also like to 2 put a 4 page
document as an e-mail for people to read by scrolling. If this is possibl,
let me know how to go about doing this.
