How do I link to a fax cover sheet from Outlook?

Is there a to pick a contact from outlook and have thier name, company and
fax number insert into a predefined field on my fax cover sheet? Currently,
to create a fax cover sheet to print, I cut and paste thier fax number from
Outlook and just type in thier name. It seems like there would be a way to
automate this.

You could easily create a mail merge and then save the merge document for
