How do I link Office Outlook with ISP wanadoo.co.uk?

Cannot link my email account with wanadoo.co.uk with office outlook 2003.
Wanadoo will not help cos do not support the programme.
Any suggestions?

So first try it in Outlook Express. Follow their instructions for defining
an e-mail account in ANY e-mail program since they really aren't much
different for configuration.
