How do I link an appointment to other contacts in Outlook 2007?

I am trying the Outlook 2007 Trial. In 2003, if I wanted to link an apt. or
an email or a journal entry or whatever, I could click on "Options" and add a
contact just by typing the persons name. How do I do it with Apt.'s or
Journal entries, I think I figured it out in emails.

The method you suggest doesn't work because it only pulls up "File As" info.
And that as you know can be anything. It could be his former employer or
even still be under a women's maiden name. I don't care about "File As", I
want the name. Because as it stands, the way you suggest, I cannot find
several contacts that I want to find. And the method that you suggested that
I look up on MS's website is only for creating a new apt. for a contact. Not
for linking an existin apt. to multiple contacts.

That's the method you have! If your File As doesn't allow you to locate a
Contact then I suggest your method needs revising.

That is not the method I have. I can continue to use Outlook 2003 and find
contacts by name not by file as. I don't understand why that function has
been disabled. There is no need to respond, as I have uninstalled the 2007
trial.
