How do I line number my document every 5th line?

I am trying to set up a patent application template. I need to number the
lines and usually it's every 5th line on every page. How do I do that?

In case of Word 2003 or earlier version:
Select File menu > Page Setup > Layout tab. Click â€Line Numbersâ€. In the
dialog box that opens, turn on â€Add line numberingâ€. Set Start at = 1. Set
â€Count by†= 5. Make other selections as desired. Click OK twice.

In case of Word 2007: On the Page Layout tab > Page Setup group, click Line
Numbers and select the botton command. This opens the Page Setup dialog box.
