How do I limit distribution of Out of Office notification?

I want to exclude distribution of out of office notification to certain
groups or contacts. How do I prevent my out of office notification from being
sent to certain people?

-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
 
You could create a rule to reply to everyone with a template you create
saying you are out of the office. Then add an exception to the rule for the
people or groups you don't want to send the message to.
