How do I keep pages from loading at startup?

In Excel 2000, I loaded some Access and Word files, and now I can't ge
rid of them. They load automatically every time I start Excel, eve
after I closed them out in Excel previously. I don't want to delet
the files from my drive, but can't figure out how to delete them fro
Excel any other way. Help

It's likely they're in the startup locations. Try these steps to isolate--
