How do i install Xp Via the Hardisk instead of the Cdrom ?

Just heard about this ages ago never did anything about it.

What do i need to copy to my hard disk from the Xp instal floppy,


From what i remeber it is alot quicker how much quicker takes somthing
like 40 minutes to do it via cdrom for me.

Thats for any help.

Not too much faster, if at all - unless you have some pitifully old CD
Drive.
 
You copy all the files and folders on the XP CD to a folder on your hard
drive and run setup from there.
 
Ok ill try it with my new 7200 SATA drive see if it makes any
difference :)
