how do i install windows2000 SP4 without internet connection?

upgrade it to SP4. how can i install windows2000
professional SP4
without internet connection??

It was until the recent past. I have three copies of it myself. You can

It would be nice if they would pass the CDs out again, it had SP4 and a
few critical updates for all their other OSes too. I did paste the
wrong link in my first message, that's why I cancelled it shortly after.
