How do I install Outlook Express using Win 98 on high speed ISP?

Although I followed install instructions from ISP, the ISP (Charter) wants
not involvement in the install/use of Outlook Express. Although the option
on one of the last MS Outlook Express gives me the option of choosing LAN
(ISP confirms this is correct choice), nothing has happened. I did not get
the option of inporting my address file or importing existing messages
existing in my ISP web mail. I might be close but it appears that nothing
has happened using Win 98 Outlook Express.

Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever Windows version

version number in the message.
