How do I install Microsoft Organisation Chart server application?

I bought my PC with MS Office Professional 2003 and have the two installation
CDs. When trying to edit an organisation chart in PowerPoint (created using
an earlier version of PowerPoint and on my earlier PC) I get a message saying
"Microsoft Organisation Chart server application is not installed. Contact
your systems administrator". I put one of the CDs into the CD-ROM drive but
there was no easy list of things to choose from to install. Where can I find
this? Do I have to download it from somewhere?
