How do I install a French dictionary to spellcheck my Word docs

I need to install a dictionary/thesaurus to my computer. I have Microsoft
Office XP Professional with FrontPage.
 
Office XP comes with proofing tools for English, French, and Spanish. If you
didn't install all of them, you may need to rerun setup. If you did install
them, they will become available when you format the text as French or
Spanish (Tools | Language | Set Language).
