How do I insert something on multiple worksheets in one workbook?

I need to insert a paragraph at the beginning of and excel workbook. We have
about 80 worksheets in that book and I'd like to be able to do it all at
once. Is this possible?

group your sheets like this

right click on one of the sheet tabs and "select all sheets"
enter your text
right click on one of the sheet tabs and "ungroup sheets"
