how do i insert HTML markup in frontpage 2003?

I created message forums, chat rooms, etc on bravenet.com and I am trying to
insert them into my frontpage but the website gives instructions for all
versions but the 2003 one...so any help would be god have an assignment due
on 4 hours...any help would be good....

Open you site and then a page and View Code View to paste html
- or in Design View Insert - Web Component - Web Component Html Markup
(the instructions for FP 2002 should be close enough)
