FrontPage 2003 vs ...

I have a website on my ISP that is using, I think, FrontPage Extensions
2002. Originally, I created a website using FrontPage 2000 (maybe even
earlier), and I was able to get the mailservices forwarding correctly etc.
Now, with FrontPage 2003, I can't seem to get anything on a form page except
a returned error stating that the FrontPage Extensions are not installed.

I tried same on my local MS 2003 Server (w/2002 Extensions etc) and after 3
fruitless hours of configuring, I'm going to have to dump FrontPage
altogether and use Macromedia and ASP.NET, and redesign the entire site. I
will also be uninstalling FrontPage for good (MSDN Universal -- I should
have known better anyway). God I hate this web crap...

Sometimes a slow learner that rides them short yellow school buses may have
a difficult time learning and may have to use another program and began to
be a hater of crap. You may want to test by riding the regular yellow
school buses with the rest of the class.

You will find much more info at:

I had a similar problem, by contacting my hosting company they solved the
problem. The hosting company is running windows 2003 server. I just don't
know how it was done.

You can also use FP2003 with ASP or ASP.net.

Well before giving up, check that your host actually supports the FP
extensions.....
