How do I insert grahpics in to Access database?

I am trying to create a database with approx. 50 entry, I would like to
insert a graphic with each entry. Can this be done?

Yes it can be done. Select the table you want and choose to view it in Design
View. Find the field you would like to have a graphic for in Field Name. In
the next column where it says Data Type, click the downl arrow and select OLE
Object. Close the table and open it in normal view, or a form with that OLE
Object field in it. Right click on the space for a graphic and click Insert
Object. Here, you may either create a new graphic or use a picture you
already have by selecting "Create from File". From here you may click the
Browse button and browse to the place you have your graphic/picture. Once
you've done that clike ok.
