How do I insert dropdown lists images to powerpoint?

I want to creat a powerpoint presentation as a tutorial. To make it clear I
would like to insert the dropdown lists and following windows as animation.
Where do I find these images?
Specificly I'm looking for the drop down lists of the tool bar in Outlook
and the corresponding tab windows, to create a tutorial.

To get the images you want you will need to use some screen capture software.

Type "screen capture sofware" into google and you'll find lots - some free.
