How do I insert default horizontal dividing lines in Outlook

I do not know how to insert the horizontal lines that go from margin to
margin between each message. I have Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. thank
you.

Many ways.
If using Word as the editor you can insert a picture or clip art.
You can also type **************** right across the page and have it
autoformat.

With Word as the editor you don't get the Insert | Line command so need to
use another method. You get that with Outlook-only html.
