How do I insert cartoon type comments

I would like to be able to put comments that people might have said. This is
for a power point about a trip.
 
Make sure the Drawing toolbar is open (View, Toolbars), click "Autoshapes",
then "Callouts". Type your text, then size and position using the various
handles.
