How do I insert a Trumba calendar onto my page?

I have created the calendar and have the code, but am not sure how I now
insert it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are there any instructions?

If not, you may have to post a link to the code so that someone here can sort it out for you.
 
I assume all you need to do do is copy and paste it into the code in
Frontpage - via code view. Follow the instructions that came with it.

How is the calendar generated?

Javascript?
PHP?
ASP?
ASPX?
CGI/Perl?

????
