how do I insert a title page at the beginning of a report?

I am writing a paper and need to insert a title page at the beginning. Is
there a way to do it without pressing enter to propell myself to the second
page?
 
Hi Judith

Clcik with the mouse in front of the first word on your document, go to the
Insert menu, choose Break and then choose Page. This will throw a blank page
at the beginning

Pressing Ctrl+Enter will accomplish the same thing much more efficiently.
