How do I insert a text into an email?

I am trying to include a text file from Notepad into the body of my email.
In previous version there was an option of inserting a "text", but on 2003
there isn't, so any suggestions or solutions are welcome!

No, I am using Microsoft Office Proffesional Business Contact Manager for
Outlook 2003. Brand new for me and still trying to get used to.
 
Then you should ask in a newsgroup for that product. This one is for
Microsoft Access.
