How do I insert a row below the active row?

I want to enter data via a macro which is currently working but inserting a
new row moves the new entry dow so lists are built from the bottom up rather
than top down.
 
Here is one way:

Row = Selection.Row()
Cells(Row + 1, 1).Select
Selection.EntireRow.insert
