How do I insert a logo/hyperlink in my signature?

I recently upgraded to Office 2003 from Office XP and the logo in my
signature for my Outlook messages has disappeared -replaced with a little red
X in a box. I've tried importing the old signature from archived messages in
the Tools>Options>Mail Format>Signatures tool but it stubbornly refuses to
accept the old logo with its accompanying hyperlinks.
What's up with that?
 
Try recreating the signature. The link to the image file might now be wrong.
