How do i input a date based on value in an another access field

I have material issue database, there are two differet date fields, one is
for issue date record and another one is return date record. When issuing
material it records the issue date automatically. But when the material
return i have to records the no. of items in another field, then the date
should automatically to be recorded. I have no idea how to tackle this. As
below i have to fill Field5 based on Field4 data
Field1 Field2 Field3 Field4 Field5
Description IsuueQty DateIssue ReturnQty ReturnDate

when i enter data in Field4 it should have to record the date in Field5.
Can anyone help me please
