Outlook 2002 and 2003 allow me to use an existing shared .htm file as a
signature. Works great, in that changes/updates to the signature are
reflected for all users. I can't see a way to config Outlook 2k7 to do this

it doesn't use files as templates. It reads them from the signatures folder
(same as with older versions), so you could push sigs out using a log on
script.

Thanks Diane! Where *is* the signatures folder? I've search profile, but
cannot find . . .

I have three signatures setup in Outlook 2002. I would like to choose which
of the three to include in a message, but I don't seem to be able to do this
using the "Insert" menu which has worked before. I did accidentally find out
that right-clicking a misspelled word in the bottom portion of the message
once came up with a signature selection box, but this could not be
duplicated.

The difference is between using Word or Outlook as your email editor.
Outlook has the Insert option for Signatures and Word has the right click
functionality. There is also a Signatures button when you expand the
Options... button on the toolbar (so not the menu).

Yes, I use Word for my e-mail editor but the right-click option to select a
signature seems to require that the cursor be in exactly the right area of
the message. I only get this to work once and cannot reproduce. Also, I tried
to use the Signatures button in the Options pull-down menu, but my selection
was ignored after clicking the OK's.

You'll need to have default signature configured for the feature to work via
Word. This can be a blank signature as well. See the link I gave you for
details and workarounds.
