How do I import my email data base from Comcast Message Center

I am trying to move my data base from Comcast Message Center to Outlook. I
have exported my contacts to an excel file. How do I import to Outlook? I
then want export my email folders as well.

Within OL, File>Import select excel app.
Allthough you may want to try first exporting from OL to excel in order that
you can check the resulting excel layout

Is Comcast Message Center a web interface to your mailbox on the Comcast
server or is it an application that you installed and that runs on your PC?

You may have to use your Office/OL cd to modify the installation to install
any missing/none installed functionality
