How do I import macros into Word 2007?

I have lots of macros in Word XP and want to import them into Word 2007
because it doesn't seem to be possible to label macros in 2007 with helpful
text (like "insert logo 3") - ideally by selecting the ones I want to import
rather than importing them all.

If it is possible to create text labels (or design one's own icons, as is
possible in XP) for macros written in 2007 this would be a great alternative!
I know I can write a macro and choose an icon from the gallery but lots of
the macros have no obvious relationship to the icons available.
