How do I import from Windows mail to Outlook?

I have a new computer with Vista - now all my mails are saved in the
Windows Mail program - thatt I no longer use - due to all problems. How can
I import my mails saved in Windows Mail /Vista? TIA Anna
 
Outllook has to be set up/configured on the same PC.
Export from Mail to Outlook
