How do I import contects from hotmail

I want to import my contects & messages from hotmail account in to outlook.
What shoul I do ?
 
What format, if any, does Hotmail support for exporting?

Unless you're using Hotmail Premium and the Outlook Connector, I don't think
there's any way to do that. As far as I can tell, Hotmail doesn't have an
export options.
