If you still have Lotus Approach, you can save the data as a csv file,
or in a dBase compatible format, either of which Access will convert.

As I recall Lotus Approach is a dBase file version IV I believe.
Just use the Access import feature and pick out the dbf - dBase file
type from the drop down list.
BTW it is a good idea to place the question in the body of the message,
not just the subject line. In addition note that many people find ALL CAPS
more difficult to read than standard case (that's why newspapers, book etc
use standard case) For that reason the use of ALL CAPS may not get some
good responses as they may not bother with questions in ALL CAPS.
