How do I hide names that are part of a group when sending message.

I wish to avoid having a long list of "To:" names appear and create wasted
printing space when sending a message to members of a group I have set up.
Prefer each recipient see only their name. Thanks
 
I think if he would do it that way, then he would have to send out as many
emails as there are people hes sending the email to. Unless he wouldnt care
if no one saw even their own email address, which is not what I got out of it.
At first I thought bcc would do it, but I think hes looking for something
more.
If I am wrong, please correct me. :)
