How do I have more than 4 lines in a box in an Organization Chart

Could someone please tell me if its all possible to have more than 4 lines
(comments) in the box of an Organization Chart? Its driving me nuts. Please
help.

Natalie,
I'm guessing you still use PPT 2000. I cannot test it here but what happens
if you use shift enter in the boxes? In any case have a look here:

In PPT 2002/2003 there is no problem you can insert as many lines as you
want.
