How do I have Microsoft Publisher on my computer?

Please I do need help to find Microsoft Publisher on my Computer to create
anews letter for my assignment
 
It won't be there unless you bought it and installed it! If you have done
that create a shortcut to mspub.exe which will be in the C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\OfficeNN folder where NN is the Office version.
