how do i grant myself permission

im having problems with my xp real playe
i cant burn more than 10 songs before the pop up say
-error try burning at a lower speed - 100

i tried it and it still isnt working
i also installed nero and i cant burn until i get permmission for the system admin, im the owner so how do i give myself permission

please hel

You likely need to grant your account access to the system folder. See:
