How do I get XP Pro to display jepg contents on desktop?

Hi,

I just upgraded to XP Pro and I want to configure my
desktop so that if I have a .jpg on my desktop it will
display a small icon showing the contents of the file
rather than just a generic jpg icon that looks the same
for all the jpgs on my desktop. Where do I go to change
this?
