How do I get to the Maintenance Mode Options screen in Word 2003?

I'm working on Script Wizard 05 (via MS Word 2003) and I'm having difficulty
enabling macros. How do I run the Office Setup program and get into the
Maintenance Mode Options?
 
Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Microsoft Office 2003 xxx, click on
Change.
